How do I remove a parking decal from my car window without damaging the decal?

I need to return the decal or at least part of it for a refund. I’ve tried using a razor blade and all it does is make the decal crumble. Help!!

Warm soapy sponge to moisten…then goo gone! You can by it at most grocery stores or drug stores.
