what should be my second wish? tonights the night?

Yesterday i awoke in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, there was a figure at the end of my bed, he said he was a friend from a far away place, i asked him to come closer so i could see his face but he insisted he remain in the shadows, I asked his name ‘Jean’ he replied, i asked of his surname he replied simply ‘E’ he told me of the place from which he came and the reason for his being in my bedroom. He told me i would have three wishes on three consecutive nights and that i must choose wisley my wishes for disaster is round every corner of my mind, he asked for my first wish, deep in thought and still shell shocked i replied all the money in London , the next morning i awoke dazed from my dream, my room was different now a four poster bed with silk sheets, a mansion house with all the trimmings, gold lined carpets wall hangings encrusted in gems but beyond my window is desolate as the population of London starves through poverty & disease, what should be my second wish?
